What Causes Burning Urination And Swelling In Vagina After Using Scented Tampons?
Hi,
On my third day of my period, I accidentally bought scented tampons, which I never use scented tampons, but still used it anyways since that was all I had. The next day I had a burning sensation when I peed, my vagina became swollen to the touch, and I got like these blisters on the inside part of my vagina lips, so each time I peed, it would burn as I'd pee. I'm only sexually active with one person, and we both do not have stds. I was completely fine when I started my period, but ever since I had bought these tampons, I got all of these symptoms now. Help !

You have allergy to the scented tampoons you are using.
- stop using it immediately,
- Use normal tampons/ sanitary towels,
- Apply Betamethasone cream locally, Take tablet avil after food.
- Remember about the allergy in future & avoid it.
