What Causes Burning Urination, Swollen Testicle And Yellow Penile Discharge?
A week ago i had burning urination. Also kind of smelly yellow fluid kept coming out of the penis time and again. That has stopped but now my right testicle is swollen and is painful on the same side lower belly when i stand or walk. Swelling started on thursday. I can t see my doctor until wednesday as there is no appointment. Can u suggest me any medicines to get rid of swelling and pain??

The symptoms are typical of urethritis. Go for a culture study of the discharge and start antibiotics, nothing much to worry and most cases respond well to antibiotics. An ultrasound scrotum with Doppler is required to to look for associate testicular infection.
