What Causes Burning Urination?

Hi Dr. Srinivasan, It was nice to see your heavy profile and your services towards medical line. I am facing burning Urinination and Stool since few months. have gone to many doctors but cant get proper remedy. Kindly guide what could be the reason. regards Ali Faisal Malaysia

you are facing burning while urinating n stool passing.. it may be due to any injury occurred.. any abrasion or cut or fistulas around Anus..
so go to doctor get physical check up done.. n also go for urine n stool test n culture.. to rule out urinary tract infection..
