What Causes Busted Blood Vessels On The Labia Minora?

It looks as if I have busted blood vessels on left and right labia mjora. I am very sensitive there now and any penetration is very uncomfortable. Just noticed the veins a few days ago and now they appear busted. Is this something serious or common? I recently started receiving testosterone injections dur due hysterectomy years ago and extremely low levels, could this have anything to do with the blood vessels?
