What Causes Buttock Soreness With Testicles And Leg Numbness?

For years I have been sitting on a very hard stool in my garage at night (approx 2hrs) per night. Always leaning on left buttock. After getting of the stool I would feel soreness on hat side a perodic numbness in tecticles and legs. This condition has worsed to the point that it hurts all the time when i sit, better standing. No symptoms while in bed. Could this be the start of pudendal neuralgia? Thank You
