What Causes Buzzing Sound In Ear And Tingling Sensation In Face?

I have had a buzzing sound in my ear for about 2 weeks. It comes and goes. Sometimes it is worse when I move my head certain ways, and sometimes it's like a heartbeat buzzing. I am now experiencing some tingling in the same side of my face, around my cheeks, lips, chin and sometimes it even feels like it is in my gums. What could this be and could it all be linked to the same thing?
