What Causes C Shape Indents On The Top Upper Part Of My Leg?

Hi, i am 18 years old and sometimes i get these like c shape indents on the top upper part of my leg they fade away after about 2 minutes. They come randomly, i most see them after I shower. Usually theres just one of them but it's really weird, should i be worried?
