What Causes Calcified Lesion After The Intake Of TB Medicine?

Sir i am 31 yr old girl last yr i ws on Tb medicine for brain TB, after taking tb medicine for 4 months my medication ws stopped due to drug induced hepatitis .. now my ct Scan shows calcified leison .but i feel pain in my brain..what should i do now
