What Causes Calcium Like Pimples Near Foreskin?

hi my son is 4 years old and has had calcium like pimples right where the forshin meets the head of his penis. not sure what it is and u can push it out sometimes or it just comes out on it s own when it comes out it is soft wondering if u could help
