What Causes Calf, Foot And Fingertip Numbness?

I have a numb feeling in my right calf and right foot. I am unable to lift my body up with my right foot. I also have the same numbe feeling in my right finger tip. Not sure if they are related. Started off in my finger yesterday morning...the feeling has progressed to my calf and foot in the past 24 hrs. Any idea for cause?
