What Causes Canker Sore Like Bump On Sublingual Papilla?

Hello! I have a canker sore like bump on my sublingual papillae and Im not quite sure what it is. I have been putting hydrogen peroxide on it with a Q tip but it doesnt seem to be working. I read about it and it said it may be from stress or bad nutrition which may be true in my case.

Reduce your stress levels.

Do saline gargling.
