What Causes Cauliflower Like Growth Involving Glans Of The Penis?

Hello, I have a cauliflower like thing on the back/underside of the glans of my penis. It is quite soft, and feels like I could cut/yank it off. I think it might also be the cause of smelly smegma build up. I m not circumcised, and when I begin to stretch my foreskin, before I ve rolled it back, you can see the bulge of this cauliflower under the foreskin. Do you have an idea of what it may be?

This condition might be simple or complex wart caused by viruses. Few types of it and sometimes it might be malignant. It is usually contagious. Anyhow, you should consult to a dermatologist as soon as possible.
