What Causes Cellulitis Along With Grave S Disease?

I have had cellulitis twice in the last two weeks. First time in my right foot from a blister and now in my wrist after having surgery. Ive never been diagnosed with any immune issues. I was diagnosed with mild Graves Disease and I m not on medication. I m concerned about rheumatiod arthritis or lupus or diabeties. What do you think?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Both times you developed cellulitis you had an opened skin wound. This can be normal because if the skin barrier is damaged, bacteria can go in the cause infection.
I would advise you to take the antibiotics needed to treat cellulitis as this can become a very important infection if it is not treated properly.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
