What Causes Central Chest And Shoulder Blade Pain?

I am having central chest pain with occasional pain between the shoulder blades and occasional light headed feeling, im 33 year old female this is the 2nd time I have felt like this in 2 weeks, i have taken anti inflammatories and pain relief should i be worried?
