What Causes Cervical Mucus From The Vagina After Sexual Intercourse?

Helo doctor am 23yrs .am married women..my first mensuration was on 12th nov2010 for 6days i was having period from the 7th day onwards we had regular sex for 4days ...i want to know wether i will be pregnant..now cervical mucus is coming from my vagina.
