What Causes Cervical Spondylitis Along With Bulged Disc In Neck?
Hi, I m 32, female ,single...I am suffering from cervical spondilities..two disc in the neck were slightly bulged.I have taken spine rehab for past three months and changed three doctors..I have resigned my teaching job since I couldn t sit or stand for long time. I am exercising regularly and going for physio theraphy regularly. But once if move one place to another, travel, my hip and neck pain is becoming worse.I have to join my job in three months and I don t know wat to do about it.

Having cervical spondilitis at this age is not common unless there is h/o accidental injury in this region in the past.
As with regular phjysio therapy there is not much improvement, consult Spine specialist and get examinied for expert opinion regarding further steps of action.
