What Causes Chafing On Inside Of Thighs In Groin Area?

Hello.

I have some chafing on the inside of my thighs in my groin area. I've applied a treatment called Sudocreme which can be used for various sores. It's a little uncomfortable when walking around and it pulls on the area.

The surface feels quite sore when touched, and it feels swollen in the area when touched. Is this swelling normal?

If this would be swelling then without the clinical examination this is not possible to judge this but from the symptoms given here it can be said that this might be muscular spasm either or could be never compression, for the symptomatic relief, in my opinion the "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac "once in day would give good result, take care and have nice day.
