What Causes Change In Bowel Movement?

Lately my bowel movement have been compacted and of a round ball type state. I am somewhat constipated with a slight straining to have a bowel movement. I don t go to the bathroom as regular as i use to. Please assist me with information as to what may be the cause of this recent change.

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to constipation. I suggest using an over the counter laxative such as Miralax. I also suggest using daily probiotics. I recommend to avoid spicy foods and eat fiber rich food.
