What Causes Change In Lip Colour?

Seems like my original skin color is disappearing on my lower lip and a whiter region had come up. Is it some skin Color hormone problem or liver problem? The condition is not advancing, atleast no noticeable advancement. But a small region has whitened in the middle of mu lower lip. I used to drink but have stopped recently. I stil smoke but at a very low rate. Kindly advise me for bringing back my normal lip color condition.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if it is not the confirmed melanin disorder disease then it is nothing to worry, skin color can not be changed on its won and if it is the skin disease which affected the melanin of skin so it can be treated easily but it need to be confirmed and it is doubtful then better to see the dermatologist hope this information helps.
