What Causes Change In The Menstrual Cycle And Mid-cycle Spotting?

look i get my period every 7th of the month i spotted a week before my period was due then wen i should of got my due period on the 7th i didnt get my period so twoo weeks after my missed period i started to bleed lightly but still get negative pregnancy test but feel serious pregnancy symptoms can i still possibly be pregnant?

Hello,

If you are having negative pregnancy test then you are not pregnant because they are highly effective. If you are around menopause or pre-menopausal then this can be common.
