What Causes Change In Uterus Size?

I had an ultrasound done and it said that my uterus (11cm)and right ovary(7cm) have more than double in size since last May. What would cause this sudden change? Also I have been diagnosed with having two cervics and two uterus. I have pain on my right lower front area. Thank u for your time.
