What Causes Changed Facial Features And Breathing Problems Post Orthodontic Work?

Hi I have had so many problems with health especially breathing after orthodontic work. My upper arch has been narrowed a lot and this can be seen on the xrays when you compare the start and the xray ive just had done. My upper anterior teeth have been pulled down and severely retruded and this has changed my facial features for the worse. Everything feels pulled down especially my nose. You can actually see the difference. I dont know what to do.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
You need to consult a good orthodontist and get it examined. Orthodontic treatment will result in breathing problems, there will be definitely a change in the profile. Consult a good oral physician and orthodontist and take opinion, later we can decide what can be done.
I hope I have answered your query, take care.
