What Causes Chapped Lips Along With Tingling Sensation?
Hello. I started to notice for about a week or week my top lip has what it looks like some little bumps. It isn’t noticeable to anyone but I can notice. My lips feel slightly tingling and dry. And the bump or rough patch does seem a little scaly. Is it something I need to be alarmed about

Thanks for the query.
The dryness due to exposure to cold/air. Lip licking /biting due to dryness cause sore &bumpy lips . Small bumps may get infected with viruses,get dry &scaly .. followed by removal of scales &soreness,burning.
You should keep lips moist with frequent application of lip balm &a dot of soframycin skin cream. Avoid plucking or licking lips.It would be cured within 4-5 days.
If not consult a skin specialist.
