What Causes Cheek And Upper Jaw Pain With Yellow Discharge From The Nose?

hello I am 30 yrs old and 6days agao I woke up felt like someone punched me in left side of face I went to the local doc because of upper jaw pain cheek pain and she said she seen no signs of infection and tod me to come back in a week if its still going on for two days ive had orangish yellow coming out of left nostril not all the time but mostly when I bend over now I have headaches too help!!! any ideas??

This could be sinus infection.

I recommend the following.
1) A course of antibiotics.
2) Analgesics for pain relief.
3) Antihistaminics like levocetrizine.
4) Steam inhalation to promote sinus ventilation and improve sinus drainage.
