What Causes Cheeks Bumpiness With Dryness And Heat?

the skin on my cheeks has suddenly become 'bumpy', it's not really visible, but i can feel it. also my cheeks feel dry and a little hot. i feel fine, and i haven't really changed anything in my diet or skincare routine recently. i live in jakarta, where pollution is high. also i've not been sleeping lately, and have been under a little stress, tho nothing serious. what could it be?
