What Causes Cheesy Vaginal Discharge And Swollen Labia Minora?

Both sides of my labia minora are swollen. The left side being more swollen than the right. It itches and burns when it gets too warm. I have a discharge that is chunky like cottage cheese and sometimes smells like bread. Is this a yeast infection? Or could it be something more serious?
