What Causes Chest And Neck Pain?

Hi, I have a question, In July I had a bad feeling in the center of my chest, it was painful and felt like a bubble expanding and popping causing me to burp. Their was slight pain in my back around the same area and the chest pain, and sometimes i felt a sharp one secound pain on the left side of the neck. This lasted for about a week. Any Ideas of what it could be?

Such psins usually are a result of prolonged untreated acidity because of acid peptic disease leafing to oesophagus inflammation. This leads to intermittent swelling of lymph nodes in the left side of neck. To confirm you need an endoscopy to be done.
