What Causes Chest And Shoulder Pain And Light Headedness?

I had an ablasion ( unsure of spelling) about 5 years ago, and i am having paint in my chest for the past 10 months or so. I dont think that the two are related, but possible they could be. I am deploying to afganastan on friday and need an answer fast. I am haveing chest pain as well as pain in my shoulders and some light headedness.

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should first rule out heart diseases for your chest pain because you have history of Ablation.
So get done ecg, 2d echo and stress test.
If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Sometimes musculoskeletal pain can be the cause.
So take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen.
Avoid movements causing pain. Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest and shoulder.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
