What Causes Chest Burn, Shortness Of Breath And Left Shoulder And Chest Pain?

What could this be, constant heart burn, shortness of breath, chest and shoulder pain L side, waking up in the middle of the night and can t swallow and painfull, and stabbing all of a sudden upper abdomen pain also L side? I have seen my Doctor but other than an unusually high white blood cell count can t seem to find the problem?

Hi, It sounds to me like severe acidity, GERD (gastric reflux) and indigestion. Please take a proton pump inhibitor like Omeprazole with domperidone, at 7 pm before dinner every night for a week and see if the symptoms improve. You can revert back. Regards
