General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The Mirtazipine is an anti depressant with effect of serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor to get best results in many of the clinical conditions. The tremors and chest congestion are side effects of Mirtazipine and further doses consumption has to be withheld once informing your treating doc. Till that time, plenty of liquids and caffeine drink will help to reduce the severity of the current symptoms to some extent.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
