What Causes Chest Congestion And Breathlessness While Taking Tamsulosin And Finasteride?

I have been taking Tamsuloson & Finastride about 2 month for a prostate issue. They have certainly help my issue greatly; however about a month in I started experiencing chest congestion, difficulty breathing, bloating and sweeling of ankles. After a Z pack of Antibiotics still now relief. After reading some to the possible reactions I am wondering if I am having an allergic reaction to one or both of these meds. My Uroligist is a fine doctor who has helped me greatly. I m out of his area geographiclly for several months. He already cut back the Tam to one a day and said he would start start reducing both soon if I am still symptom free, and hopefully if I m not having prostate issues I may get off it. I am in the process of finding a Uroligist to follow up here in this area, but in the meantime I m greatly concerned about these ungoing compications and their debilitation affect on my normally active livestyle.
