What Causes Chest Discomfort Along With Nausea And Dizziness?

Could I have had a mild heart attack? Symptoms were,chest discomfort,cold sweat, severe nausea almost to the point of vomiting and dizziness. Because of fatigue I had to lie down . What caused this response was due to carrying a heavy object into my car. I am 82.

It can be cardiac cause like ischemic heart disease or can be gastritis like condition.

Rabeprazole can be prescribed for gastritis.

For rule out cardiac cause investigate with EKG. Consult physician for examination.
