General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As the cardio work up is clean chit, possibility of the thyroid level alteration responsible for the alteration in heart rate cannot be neglected. The thyroid hormone do reflect changes in heart rate, cardiac output and other systemic parameters via multiple gate way path. Kindly provide me reports of your latest thyroid function tests with TSH, free T3 and T4 along with echo and EKG reports for further proceedings.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
