What Causes Chest Discomfort, Blurred Vision And Loss Of Appetite?

Hi I recently had some chest discomfort. Stress tests came back good. Blood test came back with white blood cells at 11.7 up from 7 in November. Hemoglobin at 12.5 and hematocrit at 37.8. I have some blurred vision in right eye and for the last couple of days a decreased appetite. When I eat, I am full quicker. Should I be worried about cancer

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your chest discomfort blurred vision loss of appetite and fullness with small meal I am suggesting that you are gradually developing a hypertensive heart disease
In view of this please check your blood pressure and please do the following test
Chest x-ray
ECG
Please see a cardiologist specialist with the result and for further expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription and also see an ophthalmologist for fundoscopic Examination to rule out a condition called hypertensive retinopathy
I hope this helps
Regards and get well soonest
