Hello,

Heart pain is characterized by squeezing or pressing pain. The throbbing might be anxiety making heart fast thus creating throbbing sensation or gastric disturbance or indigestion pain.

The pain due to indigestion or acid reflux reduces while in sitting or standing position they increase immediately after eating while heart pain continues regardless of change in position or eating.

Try to take rest or avoid heavy meals. Take small, frequent, and easily digested food. Drink plenty of water.

Do get your health checked to find the exact cause that will soothe your psychology and timely diagnosis of any problem sifts early relief.
