I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Gastritis and acidity problem is mimicker of heart disease. You try antacid like pantoprazole once a day before breakfast. You have undergone adequate test and all of them were normal. Also you should be started on thyroxine which I guess must be started. If you still don't respond then final option is angiography. But currently it's not needed. Also you should do regular exercises, take low fat and sugar diet, avoid smoking if any.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Sagar Makode
