What Causes Chest Muscle Enlargement In The Elderly?

my father is 80 years old and has been taking this medicine for a prolong time, and my concern is that he is growing breast and complains of pain in that area... the breast are noticeable and recently he said he thinks they are getting bigger: His doctor told him he has to take this medicine for the rest of his life...
