I went through your details. You did a very commendable decision. I request you never go back again. The pain you are feeling in your chest/neck/joints are possibly due to the withdrawal symptoms. You must understand withdrawal symptoms include anxiety. Anxiety, as a defense mechanism to fear, stretches your muscles around these regions and joints. Therefore, you feel pain during and after anxiety. Nothing to worry. I suggest exercise, lot of fluid intake and mindfulness meditation to tide over these withdrawal symptoms.
