yes i have about 6 of the things that you said don t take if you have one of big ones I ve had heart attack plus my right coronary artery is calcified my doctor told it was cemented off i have to take isosorb mono 90mg to stop daily chest pains that have all the time if I don t take the Isosorb plus i already a lot of the side effects that you show should even take this I can give all of the problem s that I have that you all said don t take if you have

Hi,

If you have chest pain and calcified arteries , nitrates( sustac) may be needed. However if you have problems with nitrates you can use other drugs like calcium channel blocker or beta blockers which also do work well for chest pain of angina .

If still not recovered ,you can opt for a stent.
Talk to your doctor, there are many alternative things that can be offered if you have problems with this drug.
