What Causes Chest Pain After Sneezing?

Hi my my son had a sneeze yesterday morning and his chest started hurting he couldn t sit up and so I called the paramedics they came and they got him up and moving around and they said that I should call his doctor his doctor I couldn t get an appointment so I ll have to call Monday but I was just checking he still is experiencing pain in his chest and shortness of breath he also has asthma but he says it s a different feeling than an asthma attack but he s had in the past should I wait till Monday to make a doctor s appointment or should I take him to the ER
