What Causes Chest Pain After Swallowing Adderall?

I swallowed my adderal and it felt like it got stuck, i realize it could have severly scractched my throat, especially because i tried to induce vomiting. I ended up not getting anything out but bad acid which i also have problems with. I am going to the doctor soon but I feel like it may have slipped past the epiglodis because I was talking also and i broke the pill in half. I went to the ER last night but they said there was nothing stuck in my throat or I wouldnt be able to breathe or eat food which i can do both, but as i swallow it still really hurts. I woke up this morning with chest pain mostly under my right pectoral/diaphram. What could have happened? What should I ask my doctor to do?
