What Causes Chest Pain Along With Blood In Stool?

It s kind of a long one, but here goes. I am a 37 year old female. Exactly a year ago I suffered a major MI,!100% blockage of LAD due to the LAD not being arched), 2 stents were placed. I have had pericarditis (sp) twice since then and another cath for exploratory reasons. They found no narrowing. Ihave since had multiple, (20+) visits to the hospital, admitted and just seen in the ED, for chest pain and stomach issues including this lst one for blood in my stool. I have frequent bouts of dizziness and syncope, and bruises allover my body. No matter how many times I m in the hospital, they can t find anything. I have lost my whole life over this and I m very frustrated. Suggestions? (ALso I have type 2 diabetes,diagnosed when I had the heart attack.
