What Causes Chest Pain Along With Dizziness And Nausea?

question, husband has been in and out of the hospital for 2 months. He goes in with chest pains, trouble breathing, light headed and nausea. He has had heart echo, heart cath and stress test all normal. Test results show arteries of an 18 year old. He did test positive for autoimmune but has no symptons of autoimmune. Yesterday we went to rheumotologist next week we see a pulmonary specialist. My questions what could be wrong with him? What are we missing?

I reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think the pulmonary specialist should check him for asthma or COPD.
Also your doctor should check him for diabetes doing fasting glucose levels, and post prandial glycose levels and hbA1c.
Also an abdominal ultrasound should be done to check pancreatic function.
