What Causes Chest Pain Along With Gout And Backache?

I am in constant pain, most recently had gout in one foot, now I have gout in the other foot and possibly my knee. I ve also got high blood pressure and back pain after standing for over 3 or 4 hours. I have been told I could have rheumatoid arthritis but it is not known for sure. I have been tested for Lyme disease and Fibromyalgia but was told I do not have either of these.
