What Causes Chest Pain Along With Palpitations And Dizziness?

I was just in the hospital this morning because I had experienced brief chest pain that followed with a racing heart, light headed, my brain felt like it was burning up and my hands and feet started shaking and tingling. The x ray was clear and also the ekg. THey sent me home with a script for zanax and I know something else is going on. My mom, aunt and her cousin are all on a seizer medication because they have experienced the same thing....The chest pain that started it was incredibly odd and hard to explain but I will do my best. It was a sudden what felt like a rupture in my chest the size of an avacodo seed. It felt like a rupture because of the sensation of something releasing after the initial sharp pain.
