What Causes Chest Pain Along With Shortness Of Breath When Diagnosed With Neuropathy?

I am seeing a neurologist and evaluating mild neuropathy and difficulty with memory; recent chest pain and shortness of breath in emergency room, no cause found (CPK 200); raynauds in the winter New findings of ANA 1:360 and antiDs DNA 31 in borderline range-would borderline antiDs DNA still be possible with lupus?

Hello,

Your concern is right, he needs a detailed physical examination, a cardiac function control (ECG, echocardiogram) and a renal and liver function evaluation.
-BUN, Urea
-Albumin and Protein at the 24 hour collected urine
-AST, ALT, GGT
-Protein and albumin in blood
-INR, PT
-HbA1c level
-Chest X ray

The treatment will based on the above results. Kindly upload the reports for me to view.
