What Causes Chest Pain Along With Sore Throat And Fatigue?

i have gotten worse in the past few days. I have quite a few symptoms. My head cold has turned into chest pain, sore throat and my throat just hurts, body ache and fatigue, i feel warm, coughing, my eyes hurt and i feel sharp pains in my body muscles. Sharp pain in my ears. I feel nautios as well.

guy you have got flu like symptoms ..usually these are viral infections and cause fever col cough body pins nausea etc and you should go to general physician to get some antiallergic and antipyreics ...otherwise u need rest and proper diet and plenty of fluids
