What Causes Chest Pain And Abdominal Bloating After Smoking Methamphetamine?

I smoked crystal meth 2 days ago for the first time (AND LAST) and I have been experiencing very painful bloating in stomach, then pain rises to my chest, pain is extremely severe (which makes it hard to breathe) for about 1-2 mins, then I will belch at least 2 HUGE ones and feel the pain reside monentarily, and it repeats the same cycle again. There are small burps almost every time I breathe in. What is the medical reason for this and how long before it subsides?

Hello,

Crystal meth can cause symptoms such as irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia), rapid pulse, high blood pressure, inflammation of the small blood vessels near the brain and/or inflammation of the heart lining (endocarditis).

It also causes adrenergic agonistic effects and gastritis or ulcer formation.

So until the examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use tablet pantoprazole. Avoid amphetamine intake slowly.

Please consult your e/cardiologist he will take an ECG and treat you accordingly.
