What Causes Chest Pain And Arm Soreness With Laryngitis?
Last night I had a very tight pain in the middle of my chest and some sorness in my right arm this lasted quite a while so i know it wasn't a heart attack, the next day after a couple of hours after waking up I have started to loose my voice, any ideas what may cause this?
