What Causes Chest Pain And Back Pain Along With Nausea?

I went to er for chest pain, back pain, shortness of breath and sqeezing pain, nausea and days before my left thigh suddenly started hurting! They found no heart attack or reason, then they did a ct dye cat scan and said they found a thrombis on my aorta wall, in abdomin! They told me to go to primary and seek a Cardiologist, Vascular......but told me nothing else.....want to know what happens most likely now? Is a thrombis/ blood clot an aneyurism? My father died from complications of a aneyurism in the same place, he made it through the surgery, but died a year later because he could not breath! could i have the same thing he did? thanks Laurie
